How do you configure the Meeting Owl?
To set up the Meeting Owl, simply download the app and register your device. Connect the power adapter to an outlet, plug the USB into your computer, then launch your video conferencing software and select the Owl as your mic, camera, and speakers.
Can I detach the Meeting Owl’s 360° panoramic strip?
Yes, for presentations or meetings where you prefer privacy, you can disable the 360° Panoramic. Simply use the camera controls in the Meeting Owl app to toggle it off as needed.
Can I dictate the Meeting Owl's focus?
Absolutely! For moments when you wish to concentrate on a specific area, like a whiteboard or presentation screen, utilize the Camera Lock and Zoom feature in the Meeting Owl app.

The Whiteboard Owl is a specialized camera that enhances whiteboard visibility for remote participants when used with the Meeting Owl Pro or Meeting Owl 3. It keeps remote workers engaged during live brainstorming lectures while allowing you to use the whiteboard as usual.
Which whiteboard pairs best with the Whiteboard Owl?
We recommend a magnetic whiteboard. For non-magnetic boards, magnetic adhesive strips can be used for the Whiteboard Tags. Note that the Whiteboard Owl is incompatible with glass or non-white boards.
